Trademark Use Request

Toastmasters International is committed to protecting our brand, trademarks, and copyrights. Please note that each request is viewed on a case-by-case basis, and is subject to the approval of the Chief Executive Officer.

Before submitting your request, review the following checklist:

  • I have checked the Toastmasters Online Store for my item, and it is not available.
  • I have ensured that my item meets all Brand expectations in the Brand Manual.
  • I understand that the following items are typically denied: badges, club and District banners, certificates, pins, ribbons, trophies, and plaques.
  • I understand that only one-time use requests will be authorized.
