Welcome New Club Officers

Congratulations on your new role! This is a fulfilling opportunity to grow as a leader and help your members achieve their goals. Prepare for your term by referring to the Club Officer Resources, the digital Club Officer Kit, and Club Officer Tutorials. Remember to also fill out the Club Success Plan for the 2024-2025 program year. This resource helps your club focus on achieving goals within the Distinguished Club Program.

Register for a Milestone Event

Don’t miss the 2024 International Convention! Join past leaders as they discuss an extraordinary history, visit the Toastmasters Through the Years Exhibit, take part in an Eras of Exercise Smedley Fund activity, attend a President’s celebration with a 1920s theme, and so much more. For those who can’t be there in person, an online/livestream option is now available. Register today.

Submit an Article or Photo to the Toastmaster

Do you have an article or idea to share? Visit the submissions guidelines for how to submit your story or pitch for consideration. You can also submit photos to the Toastmaster magazine! In addition to Traveling Toastmaster photos that showcase members in various locations around the world, we enjoy seeing photos of your club in action and encourage you to be creative when submitting images. Any Toastmaster materials should meet brand guidelines, and we love artistic angles, poses, and concepts. Check out the photo galleries at the bottom of the magazine page for inspiration.
